Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Intranet: Phase II The Cystic Fibrosis Intranet is a feature rich Intranet application, developed by The Seva Group. It provides a dynamic content management system, role-based security with NT authentication integration, workflow process, broadcast messaging capabilities, content and people search, as well as, integration with Microsoft Outlook. It’s purpose is to facilitate and improve Foundation-wide communication between the national office and 86 different chapters around the U.S. Phase II of this application’s development added a content-sensitive search, simplified content submittal and enhanced the mailing management feature, allowing the tracking and sending of Plain Text and HTML emails across the organization. JeanneGrrl participated in all aspects of the Phase II project life cycle and was responsible for requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation. This application was developed in ColdFusion with a SQL Server 7.0 database. NT Challenge and Response was also used on this project for security to the Intranet site.
